· Time Control: Supports GPS/GNSS positioning and acceleration sensors to accurately calculate forklift idle time and operation duration (10-minute billing precision). Analyzes parking/movement status to optimize rental scheduling and pricing strategies.
· Multi-dimensional Data Collection: Real-time acquisition of forklift speed, battery level, lift motor speed, working mode, etc., via vehicle CAN bus and vibration sensors, providing support for equipment health assessment and operation efficiency analysis.
2.2 Driving Safety & Equipment Control
· Driver Behavior Monitoring: Real-time detection of dangerous driving behaviors such as speeding. Analyzes brake status and vibration signals to warn of abnormal operations and reduce accident risks.
